At the heart of Insights lies Insights Discovery, a psychometric tool based on Carl Jung’s psychology. This tool uses a four-color model to identify behavioral preferences and help participants understand their strengths, challenges, and the value they bring to their teams.

The four-color model—Cool Blue, Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, and Earth Green—represents different personality traits and behavioral preferences.
