Reflecting on 2025: Leading, Learning, and Giving Back

Celebrating 20 years of Creter Group and the teams who made it memorable

In 2025, Creter Group turned 20. This milestone brought an opportunity to reflect on why we do this work, who we serve, and what kind of legacy we’re building.

We’ve had the chance to work with a wide range of clients, from pharmaceuticals and biotech to beverages, automotive, and nonprofits. Our projects have taken many forms: product launches, leadership meetings, MSL and speaker training programs, and even the full training design to help Sloomoo Slime Museums scale across the country. We have loved each and every project.

We realized we thrive on challenges—unique requests, evolving timelines, a complex product launch, or how to do more with less.

Most of all, we love the people we get to work with and for!

This spirit of service, reflection, and reset shaped every story we told this year. Below are the 14 articles we published, each one a window into the conversations and lessons that stood out along the way.
