Reflection on 20 years

Milestones are a wonderful time for reflection.  I am on a plane returning from speaking at a conference and I met a couple in the airport celebrating their 50th anniversary.  Wow! The airline I flew is celebrating their 100th anniversary in aviation.  It made me think about my own milestone: I am half-way through the 20th anniversary celebration of forming Creter Group.

What One Canceled Game Reminded Me About a Full Life

Today I had spontaneous joy!!!

That is certainly an odd lead-in for a post… but I had an unexpected pocket of free time today thanks to a scorching heat-wave that made my son’s baseball game a health hazard and therefore cancelled.  Two of my friends found themselves with unexpected time as well and we had an impromptu gathering in an unfinished new office of a dear friend who is mid-move.
