As the Principal and Founder of Creter Group, Christine invests her expertise, knowledge and creativity into every project.
Christine Creter is an established Learning and Performance Strategist with more than 25 years of professional experience designing, developing, implementing and facilitating global training programs across a range of audiences and modalities. She formed Creter Group in 2005.
Christine began her career working for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in the Change Management division working for clients through acquisitions and major technical change.
In 2000, she joined the Jack Morton Worldwide Production team as a Senior Producer/Project Manager, and later, Senior Strategist and acting Director of Learning. While at Jack Morton, Christine designed and implemented over 200 training programs for an estimated 75,000 pharmaceutical and biotech sales representatives on four continents and in ten different languages. The programs she designed and implemented ranged from launch training initiatives to distance-learning programs.
With her recognized ability to manage large events, Christine joined the team responsible for producing the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2004 Olympics in Greece.
She spent 10 months in Athens as a Production Manager and running rehearsals. Upon returning to the US, Christine produced the 2005 and 2007 Super Bowl half-time and pre-game shows. She also was one of the founders and original producers of the only TEDx event for teenagers which is held annually in the US and London. She was the keynote speaker at the 2017 Avon Repfest Leadership Meeting and is in demand as a facilitator for audiences around the globe.
Christine is an accredited Insights Certified Practitioner and Creter Group is a Distributor/Partner.
She is also an active member of Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Christine graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester with a degree in Organizational Behavior. She also earned a certificate in Personnel Management from the William Simon School of Business.
Christine loves working with non-profit organizations. She is on the Board of the We Are Family Foundation and local UU Congregation, produces an annual fundraising auction event for the Dream Come True organization, and has been offering free Virtual Classrooms for communities looking for training on Food Allergies using the FARE curriculum.
